The Long Spring Nut is a reliable and time-saving fastening solution designed for use within 41 x 41mm strut channel systems. Commonly used across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations, it enables secure fixing of fittings, pipe clamps, and support components with minimal effort on site.
Featuring a pre-installed spring, the nut stays in position during installation, allowing for quick alignment and significantly reducing installation time. To install, simply insert the nut into the open face of the strut channel, compress the spring, and rotate 90° to engage the locking teeth into the channel lips.
The longer body design provides increased surface engagement within the channel, offering enhanced stability for heavier-duty applications. Compatible with A1000 and A2000 Ozstrut channel systems, this spring nut is suitable for a wide range of structural and support frameworks.
Designed for ease of use and durability, it pairs with OZ18WF Flat Washers and OZ18SM Set Screws (sold separately).
